From the first bell to the last bus
Nothing here is a workflow diagram. It is the day your school already has, with the paper taken out of it.
- 7.40
The buses leave
Routes and stops are already allocated, so the office knows which student is on which bus before anyone rings to ask.
Transport - 8.15
Registers close
Class teachers mark attendance from a phone while standing in front of the class. Absentees reach parents by SMS and WhatsApp before assembly ends.
Attendance - 9.00
Substitutions settle
A teacher on leave leaves a hole in the grid. The timetable shows it, offers who is free, and every affected teacher sees their own updated day.
Timetable - 11.30
The fee counter runs
Payments at the window and online land in the same daybook, receipted as they are recorded, with concessions and transport already folded into the invoice.
Fees - 14.00
Marks go in
Subject teachers enter their own marks against the grading scheme for that class. Nobody collects paper slips and nobody totals a column by hand.
Exams - 16.30
Tomorrow goes out
A circular, a homework list, a fee reminder to the twelve families who have not paid — targeted rather than broadcast, with a log that proves it was sent.
Communication
7 groups, 21 areas, one price
No module is an add-on and none is sold separately. A school on the smallest band gets exactly what a trust on the largest one does.
Overview
What the office sees the moment it signs in — the state of the school on one screen.
- DashboardStrength, attendance, fee collection and upcoming exams at a glance, for the day you are standing in.
- Collection pulseBilled, collected and outstanding for the term, with the defaulter count beside it.
- Setup checklistA guided list that gets a new school from empty to marking attendance.
Students & staff
The register everything else is built on: who is on the roll, in which class.
- AdmissionsEnquiry to enrolled without re-typing a form, with the document checklist attached.
- StudentsEvery student, guardian and sibling in one register, with photographs and documents.
- Staff & payrollStaff records, qualifications, leave balances and monthly payroll in one file.
Academics
The timetable, the register and the syllabus — the parts of the day that repeat.
- AttendanceDaily and period-wise, marked on a phone, with absentees reaching parents before assembly ends.
- TimetableBuild it once and the clashes surface before you publish, not in week one.
- Classes & subjectsStandards, divisions and the subject map that marks entry and report cards read from.
Exams & results
Marks in, report cards out, with the analysis the staff room argues over.
- Marks entrySubject teachers enter only their own marks, against the grading scheme for that class.
- Report cardsA designer that matches your existing format instead of making you adopt ours.
- Result analysisPass percentages and subject-wise performance by class, section and student.
Fees & finance
Structures, invoices, collection and receipts — the money the school runs on.
- Fee structureHeads, terms and concessions per class or per student, defined once and reused.
- Invoices & collectionTerm invoices generated in one run, paid online or at the counter, receipted automatically.
- DefaultersWho has not paid, how long it has been, and a reminder that goes out in one click.
Communication
Reaching the right parents — and keeping a record that you did.
- SMS & WhatsAppTargeted by class, section or defaulter status, from DLT-approved templates.
- Notices & homeworkNotices, circulars and homework posted once, visible on the web and in the app.
- Delivery logEvery message sent, to whom, and whether the provider accepted it.
Library & transport
The parts of a school that move: buses, books and the people who look after them.
- TransportRoutes, stops and pickup times, with students allocated and fees carried through.
- LibraryCatalogue, copies, issues and returns, with fines that follow the student.
- Media libraryOne place for photographs, circulars and documents, with folders and a trash you can undo.
The details an imported product misses
Software written for schools somewhere else can be translated. It still cannot file an RTE return or send an SMS that a telecom operator will deliver.
CBSE, ICSE and state boards
Grading schemes are configured per board and per class, and the report card designer matches the format your school already issues instead of replacing it.
DLT-registered SMS
Templates are registered on the DLT platform, so messages are delivered rather than filtered. WhatsApp works once your number is connected.
An April fiscal year
Fee cycles, sessions and reports follow the Indian academic and financial year, not a calendar one that leaves a term split across two.
RTE and category registers
Reserved-category and RTE admissions are recorded as such, with the shadow ledger an inspection expects rather than a discount typed into a fee.
Rupees, lakhs and GST
Amounts group the way they are read here, and every platform invoice carries 18% GST — not a currency setting bolted onto a dollar product.
Aadhaar, APAAR and SARAL
The identifiers Indian schools are asked for have fields and validation, so they are not kept in a spreadsheet beside the system.
One roll, every module
Attendance, marks, fees and messages all read the same student record, so a report card and a defaulter list can never disagree.
Read moreFees that reconcile themselves
Term invoices come from the fee structure, parents pay online or at the counter, and receipts and daybook update the moment money lands.
Read moreReach the right parents
Target a class, a section or every defaulter, over SMS and WhatsApp, with a delivery log that proves the notice went out.
Read moreRecords about children, treated that way
A school hands over names, photographs, addresses and marks belonging to minors. These are the commitments that come with taking them.
A database schema per school
Your records live in their own schema, not in a shared table with a school-id column. Which schema a request may touch is decided by the signed session on the server, never by anything the browser sends.
How isolation worksYour data leaves when you do
Students, staff, marks and fees export in machine-readable form at any time. Nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
Terms of serviceDeletion actually deletes
Ask, and the schema and its uploaded files go. Backups roll off within thirty days. Only the invoices tax law requires us to keep survive.
Deletion policyNot the product
No advertising to students, staff or parents. Nothing sold to marketing partners. Your school's data is never used to train AI models.
Privacy policyPer student per month: ₹15 up to 300 students, ₹12 from 301 to 1,500, and ₹9 above that. The band follows your roll — there is no separate upgrade.
Work out your costYes. The whole product is free for the first academic year from the day the school is created, and no card is needed to start.
Refund and cancellation policyNo. Parents receive SMS and WhatsApp on the number you already hold. A parent app is available for schools that want it, but nothing depends on it.
How messaging worksYes. Students, staff and fee structures import from spreadsheets, and the columns are mapped for you during setup. Marks from a previous year can come too.
Admissions and importsGrading schemes and report card formats are configurable, so CBSE, ICSE and state boards all work. The designer matches your existing card rather than replacing it.
Exams and report cardsAccess is role-based. A subject teacher sees their classes and their marks entry; the principal sees everything; the accountant sees fees and not report cards.
Staff roles and accessClaim your school's address
Pick a name, add your classes, invite your staff. The first year is free and members can pay from day one.
